The Experience
A Year of Transformation is a custom, year-long coaching partnership designed for exactly this moment — when the question shifts from “What am I building?” to “Who am I becoming?”
Rooted in Adult Development Theory, this program supports the deep inner growth that enables lasting outer change and impact. Together, we’ll explore how your current ways of seeing, leading, and making meaning are evolving — and help you grow into the next version of yourself, your leadership, and your deeper sense of direction and purpose.
You’ll clarify your personal definition of success, discover and learn how to embrace and leverage your unique leadership signature, and cultivate a renewed sense of purpose, perspective, and peace that allows you to lead — and live — with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
How It Works
Each engagement is fully custom, designed around your goals, needs, and pace of development.
You can expect:

Biweekly executive coaching sessions (60-90 min) – deep, reflective work to expand self-awareness and developmental capacity

Unlimited sounding board and decision support – partnership for reflection, perspective, and clarity between sessions

Custom readings, reflection exercises, and developmental frameworks – curated to match your growth edge and goals

Optional immersive workshops on growing perspective, identity, legacy, and purpose
